Running a business (or a department within your company) is no cakewalk. It can feel like juggling a dozen tennis balls, and some days, maybe they’re all up in the air at once and flying to every single corner of the tennis court.

At the end of the day, you often realize you are that ball picker-upper thingy. You’re the one responsible for walking around the court making sure all the balls are in that thing.

Here’s a reality check (and it’s a bit of a wake-up call): 25% of small businesses close within the first year, 45% within five years, and a whopping 65% don’t make it past ten.

Those numbers are big, but they don’t have to be your story.

The game-changer? Consistent action. All successful leaders know that nothing changes until you do something. That next move could be building out your brand, fixing a broken process, or diving into something that feels just a little bit risky. Whatever it is, you’re in the driver’s seat.

Here’s a quick challenge for you:

  1. Grab a notepad and write down three things you could do this week to grow your business, or your leadership.
  1. Hit reply in that comments party line, and let me know your plan—we’d love to hear it.
  1. [OPTIONAL: Include an offer] Want some tips to help you knock out these goals? Just ask, and I’ll send over a few!

I’ve seen firsthand what consistent action can do for a business, both for my clients at Creative Shizzle and in my coaching work.

Action is within your reach. You’ve got this!

Keep soaring,
✌️🤗❤️ Taylor
